Fade Lei of Ugly Duck completely redid her Lai line of skins. I love those skins because the skin tone is so deep and rich, and the breasts are awesomely realistic, but more about those skins tomorrow. Today I'm also wearing this Coppelia gown from Evie's Closet. Acha's tip for putting on an enormous gown: Don't overdo it with accessories, but never let the gown wear you. I like using unexpected hair, or tattooed arm sleeves, or unique eyes, or a beautiful skin. The necklace is also brand new from Elemental -- a pretty golden twist around red stones. That camera is HEAVY

I thought about using these photos for the Lula Flickr Contest, but I'm not quite satisfied yet. Therefore, you get to see some pretty pictures of Vo Pralou getting stalked by my VHS camera. I see cyber people

Hunain made neato futuristic glasses thingies. They fit around one ear with a great sound-muffling headpiece, which is good because your other ear is still hearing ambient noise. :D … Just teasing, Hunain! You obviously can't see it in a still photo, but the eyepiece has a scrolling Matrixy animation, and the earpiece pulses with energy. It's color-scripted for your pleasure. (Go look at it here!)

I like it when my friends get all creative and start making stuff. My makeup today is from Miss Lillian Shippe, and she doesn't have a store yet, but if you bother her in-world I bet she'll sell you a folder or two. It's neat stuff! I dig her creative eye, and the way she's put it together. I'm wearing it with jewelry from La Malvada Mujer, more awesomely creative friends. These women make everything from viking helmets to gunbelts, and I was surprised to see a delicate jewelry set emerging from their shop… My shirt is brand new from Ingenue. Hello, Angels

Ok so I'm editing this briefly at work using some kind of embedded Windows program -- apologies for the overexposure. I want my Mac! *cry* ... Anyway, I really like using Ghanima's outfits on the underpants layer. She's been making cute ruffled panty legs, and sometimes you just have to appreciate the texture of an item without hiding it behind a prim skirt. Over it, I've got on today's Royal Blue 50L Friday item, this awesome body suit. It's so 80s-fabulous! Along with Lamb's 50L Friday hair and Miel's belt, I feel like I'm one of Charlie's Angels! Heels that clickity clack

Go get these boots by Lassitude & Ennui, mkay? They're called Blind Date, and come with a number of different colors of heel leather, and they're beautifully cobbled by Miss Jackal (I've only been staring at them in-progress on her feet for weeks now…). They're out on February 12th for CHIC Limited. I put them on and immediately felt very steampunky, so I was happy to see that they sort of go with this jewelry set by Solidea Folies. The headpiece could almost be a cogwork monocle, right? I also pulled one of my favorite steampunk dresses out of the inventory, ~silentsparrow's~ Toxine. I'm tired! Everyone go take a nap with me!
