My husband and I live in a mixed household. Yes -- that's right. He's a ninja, and I'm a pirate. We're both watching our child carefully for signs of her future inclination, but I suspect from the way she strides in and takes over every situation that she's got stronger pirate blood. At the very least, I know she completely fails at stealth. What am I going on about? Today is Talk Like a Pirate Day, and I have a small list of things to say ARR about. I find it vastly liberatin' to give some uncommon vocabulary a spin and state my opinion plainly.
For example, this is my opinion about SLSecrets: What're you scurvy dogs yammering on about? Stop cuckoldin' yer husbands! And if yer content-theivin', own up and plant a Jolly Roger like a real pirate!
Oh right, clothing. The outfit was inspired by No Mercy's ARR Gyle (that's its name) shirt. I stumbled across No Mercy at the Harajukubox clothing fair, and it is becoming one of my favorite places for darkly cute shirts and jewelry.
