Dusky Ach post three

Ahh, let's talk ethnicity for a moment. Using darker skins, I've tried to wear stuff that I'd wear normally and not exoticize an ethnicity that isn't my own. Despite that, whenever I put on darker skin, I feel as if it's more "dressed" than a pale skin would be. That leads me to wear less than normal...and then to worry about whether I'm assuming a different personality when I put on a different skin. Am I dressing less modestly just because the skin is dark? Troublesome thought.

YES I think about this too much. 8D

Anyway, with all due respect to people with this skin tone, I think it looks GREAT in very little. That's why my outfit today is from Lavish Style, a shop that specializes in making very little look pretty.

Minajunk gave away a 1L glass slipper this morning. Isn't it cute? In all white, lying on this glass slipper, I feel as though my avatar is subverting traditional fairy tales. No skin white as snow here, or lips red as blood. Still, she's donning Cinderella's white, and the prince is surely in for a surprise.

You know what? I feel completely different in darker skins too. But I think that could be the point.

After all, don't you feel different in blue skins or neko skins and dress to suit them? Basically, wear whatever you like Ach - you look great doing it. :D
